Alfredo Sauce

1/2 cup of low fat cream cheese (neufchatel)
1 cup of low fat milk
3 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese
1 clove of garlic finely chopped, or pushed through a garlic press
1 tsp white pepper (Just use black pepper if you don't have this)

Put all ingredients into a blender of food processor and blend until smooth.
Poor into a sauce pan and warm it on medium heat.
Pour over your favorite whole wheat pasta, toss and serve.  I like this over medium shells, or ziti.
